America has gotten itself into mass incarceration because States like Wisconsin the Judges do not believe we can be rehabilitated. That is not true I take all programs over 22 years I have took CGIP 1&2 2005, Anger Management 2006, Diversity Circle 2006, Long Distance Dads 2006, Framework for Recovery 2007, CGIP 3&4 2008, Certificate of completion for doing 883.5 hours community service 2008, S.O.T. 2008, Psychological service certificate of completion stress management 2011, Restorative Justice 2014, and at this time I am taking a computer class. Because I have a violent crime no judge will give me a chance to get out of prison.
